  • How do I cancel my 180 Fitness Hub membership?
    If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at 180fitnesshub@gmail.com
  • Is there a notice period required for cancellations?
    Yes, all cancellations require 30 days' notice after your contract term has ended. This means your membership and billing will continue for 30 days after your notice is processed, following the completion of your contracted period.
  • What is the cancellation policy for the £35/month membership?
    This is a 12-month contract. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, there's a £70 exit fee. After the 12 months, you'll need to give 30 days' notice.
  • How does cancellation work for the £40/month rolling contract?
    This is a flexible, rolling contract. Once you're out of any initial term, simply provide 30 days' notice to cancel.
  • What if I need to cancel my Joint Membership early?
    The Joint Membership is a 6-month contract. An early cancellation will incur a £120 exit fee. After the 6 months, a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.
  • What are the terms for cancelling a Family Membership?
    The Family Membership is a 6-month contract. If you need to cancel early, a £160 exit fee applies. After the 6 months, you'll need to give 30 days' notice.
  • What are the operating hours for 180 Fitness Hub?
    180 Fitness Hub is a 24-hour fitness facility, meaning you can access the gym at any time.
  • How do I gain access to the gym?
    Members must use their unique QR Code in their ClubRight app to enter the gym facilities.
  • What are the rules for using gym equipment?
    Equipment must be used in accordance with instructions displayed in the gym. Members are required to clean equipment after use with provided disinfectants and return weights to their appropriate places. Please report any faults to staff immediately.
  • What if I breach the Code of Conduct?
    Members must adhere to the code of conduct, including proper use of equipment and respectful behaviour towards staff and other members. We have the right to cancel memberships and will not offer refunds if policies are broken.
  • What is the minimum age for membership?
    Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and over, individuals under the age of 18 wishing to purchase a membership should refer to the Under 18s Policy on our memberships page.
  • How do I become a member of 180 Fitness Hub?
    You can sign up for a membership through our ClubRight portal, please visit the memberships tab of our website. for more details.
  • What are the different membership options available?
    We offer several membership tiers: £35/month (12-month contract), £40/month (rolling contract), £80/month Family Membership (6-month contract), and £60/month Joint Membership (6-month contract). Please see our Membership page for full details.
  • Do you offer a free trial or day pass?
    We offer day passes for £8/day, these can be purchased through our ClubRight portal.
  • What facilities are available at 180 Fitness Hub?
    We offer a modern gym with high-spec fitness equipment, including areas for strength training, cardio, and functional fitness. We pride ourselves on creating a private and professional gym environment.
  • Are there toilets available?
    Yes, we provide a clean and well-maintained toilet for our members' convenience.
